How do I pre-order?

When Pre-Orders are open, navigate to the pre-order page and add your items to the cart. 

Select your desired pick-up day and time.

Please note that the time selected is not a guarantee that your order will be ready. It is simply a time-frame of when you should expect to receive your order.

Proceed through checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email for your order. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

I can only pick up at a certain time, but it's not available. What can I do?

If your desired time is no longer available, please send an email to alohamamacita.orders@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate you for a closed time slot.

When and where do we pick up our food?

You will pick up your food for the day and time you selected for your pre-order. Your order will be available for pick up at our new Food Truck. Located at:

Geiger Community Park

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Definitely! That person will just need to show the order confirmation to a team member.

Something came up and I can’t pick up my order. Can I reschedule to pick-up for another day?

We will be more than happy to reschedule you for another pick-up day. Let us know at alohamamacita.orders@gmail.com. If we can’t accommodate you for another time, we will issue you a refund.

When will the Birría Ramen be available?
